I took my Sea-Doo out the other day and it ran great for a little while but was smoking a lot. So I brought it back in and turned it off and it would start back up again after that. After I got it home I took the spark plugs out and put new ones in and I have good spark from them. I tried to crank it without the spark plugs in and it shot gas/oil/water out of the cylinder holes to the roof of my shop lol. So I believe it could be hydro locked. I have been cranking on it to try and get all of that out of the cylinders and put the spark plugs in and out and can’t get it to fire up. Any suggestions?

So you have determined you do have spark now?
I dont see this being the issue, but lets confirm what plugs your running? What brand and type are you using?

Next, i would advise unscrewing the spark plug boots off the wire, cut the wire back just a 1/4 inch and re screw one the plug boots. I dont expect this to fix it either but its free and easy to try.
The next thing is I would crank the motor with the plugs out until there is no more fuel or water blowing out.

Does the motor keep flooding With fuel after you blow it out of the plug holes?

Im assuming your not even putting the motor on the hose, as your just trying to get this thing to start.
Make sure the plugs are dry and clean and that you are getting good spark.
After that install plugs and pour no more then a bottle cap full of premix down the carb and try starting.

And if you are able to restart it, put it back in the water and ride like hell for 20 minutes because with water in engine, it will be gone by tomorrow if you let it sit.

Also, check your muffler for a hole in it. This is usually lethal for engines (because your ski must be water cooled like my 2003).

Benji.
