1995 HX problems

What should i fix/take apart if my 1995 HX is not charging its battery? -Thanks-

Test the voltage at the battery with the ski stil on the trailer, run the speed up past idle and see it raise above 13.x, test the stator and be sure all the wiring clips are making contact thru the harness connectors before replacing the regulator, most of these are corrosion in a box or connector.
