1995 HX bogs after 200 yds

The machine accelerates fine for about two hundred yards after starting and then bogs down even at full throttle. after it bogs if i go back to idle and gas it, it will accelerate normal for about 5-10 seconds and then bogs again. Fuel filter is clean, not sure but thinking it may have something to do with the electronic control module. if you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know!

The main filter is clean... but I bet the filters in the carbs are plugged up.

Do you still have the gray Tempo fuel lines? If you do... they need changed, the carbs need cleaned, and the fuel select valve needs cleaned.
