1995 GTX Impellar housing Alum. or Plastic

I’m going to be replacing my wear ring on my GTX. There is a possible problem with using a Delrin wear ring with an aluminum housing. Is there a way I can tell which one I have. I think this model had both styles. The housing is still on the PWC. Thanks for any help.

On mine the impeller ring is blue plastic. I have a metal one to install when the other is worn out. Why do you say a possible problem?

Hi Wildbill
The possible problem I read online, is if there’s corrosion of any kind the white Delrin ring fits too tight to the impeller. And some sellers don’t recommend buying it if you have an aluminum housing. I’m pretty sure I have an aluminum housing.
