1995 gtx charging issues

Im new to jet skis so im not sure if it is possiable to test if the charging coil is working. the ski starts and runs great for over a hr then starts missing but if i trade batteries from other ski it runs good again. any advise would be apprieciated

done anything with the fuel system?

i had the carberators rebuilt and changed the fuel lines and filters

Read the battery voltage, strart ski and rev to 5500 rpm's and re-read. If its over 15VDC the rectifier is shot. I recommend a heavey duty rectifier replacement. Bills86e
