1995 gts firing issues

I have a 1995 GTS. Sometimes it will crank and run fine. Can ride for about 2 - 3 minutes and then die. Take it out of the water and it may or may not have fire. You can come back to it later and it may start again, only not to have any fire the next time you try. I pulled the plug and shorted it to the block and it definitely is a firing problem. It is intermittent, but will not start most of the time. All fuel lines and filters have been cleaned. I'm no Seadoo mechanic. Any suggestions.

Check the spark plug wires. They may be corroded internally.

They look clean with no visible signs of corrosion.
