1994xp will not accelerate

it will not accelerate or run correctly when fuel cut off is in run.the jet ski runs ok when on reserve.

Fuel selector valve

I'm assuming u have the grey fuel lines? If so, change them! U need 25' of 1/4" black fuel line sold at any auto part store! U need 20 hose clamps! After u do that put a new Fuel Selector Valve, and clean the carbs! You'll want to pay close attention to the filter inside the carb!
