1994 Speedster MPEM needed

Hello, I need a 1994 Speedster MPEM part # 278 000 526 (or part # 278 000 688). I have been looking for it a long time. Mine blew and I sent it to an individual on the east coast to be repaired, he either went out of business or? But I could never reach him again. Please let me know if you know where I can get the MPEM.
