So, I did a compression test on both cylinders. Front cylinder was 120 psi and then I got to the back cylinder and it was 0 PSI. I decided to pull the head off to look at the piston and jug walls. I’ve attached pictures of the cylinder and head. I’m wondering if anyone knows what are the possible causes of this? And what should I do to fix it back to operable condition ? Just a top end rebuild? Could I get by just replacing that one jug and piston?

With that much damage you need to do a complete tear down. I know you don't want to hear this, but doing a top end without inspecting the crank on this one would be a waste of time and money.
