1994 seadoo bombadier filling with water

So, i reacently purchased a 1994 seadoo bombadier, but when i took it to the lake for the first time. (i should have taken a water test before purchasing, but whats in the past can't be undone) When i put the vehicle in the water everything starts up correctly and i am able to ride it for about 3-5 minutes before the hull is full of water to a point where the engine can no longer run. What could be the problem? As far as i know the plug on the hull is in place and sealed fully, and there are no holes in the hull that i can tell, but there is a serious leak somewhere.

Things to look 4.

1. Tuned pipe .....one of the four Tig welded "freeze plug" rotted thru. ****
2. Water line may have come off.
3. The drive thru hull bearing may have deteriorated.
4. Turf rivets may be missing and leaks.
5. Sponson broken off.
6. Floor suction line came off where its normally tied up high at rear under/seat.

#1 gets my guess as culpret!

I'll check as many as i can out. What makes me believe it is not a hull problem is the fact that the water doesn't come out once it gets in the hull.
Would pics of certain parts help?
Is there a water pump i should be looking for?
Also where can i find a parts diagram/exploded view of my vehicle?

Plate on rear of ski...last two numbers are the year made. Plate on Magnito houseing top has engine type/size.

ok it is a 94, and it is a 657 engine.
Just a few observations. The water that builds up in the ski is hot suggesting it was run through the engine.
Also, what are these and what do they do?

there are two and they sit on the bottom of the ski. They are vented and have pipes leading to the jet out the back. Could these being clogged be the reason i have so much water in the ski? edit: these are the bailers are they not?
Sorry i am a little bit of a newbie at jet skis. You have no idea how much i appreciate any help i can get though.

I'm having the same problem on 95 gtx. I just changed the wear ring and propeller a
On my jet pump. Is your jet pump siliconed in or. Just bolted on. This could cause water inside if the pump is not sealed.
 
Yes. #6.
If its a '94, the motor is a 657X engine. Todd083 ALSO has a 657X engine in his ski.

Try this: At rear of engine is a grey cover that you can remove (wing nuts each side) to expose the drive (drive-shaft, thru hull bearing &
coupler & hull snout & bearing stabilization hose). On the trailor, put some water maybe 10-15 gallons into the bilge and start engine, look under the ski to see if its coming out anywhere. Guess #3.

If not, turn on the garden hose with engine running and see if its leaking, guess #1.
 
I actually found the problem when i took it up to the lake today. Apparently the previous owner installed a hose to flush out the motor that was not sealed off and was pouring water into the hull! After i plugged that hose the ski ran great! I cannot believe i missed this the first few times i tried to run it.

Most of the flush kits I have seen have a check valve in them. They should have a cover as well but they often are lost. So the check valve should keep water from coming out of the flush kit. So maybe you just need a new flush connector. Just throwing that out there.
 
Someone prob swapped it with the garden hose style that just has a cap....b/c they were too cheap to buy the correct adaptor.
 
ok guys and gals. took the ski to the water and found the problem. there is a bolt missing from the top of the tuner pipe. causing one of the corners of the top tuner pipe to leak tremendously. got another bolt for the pipe now and the hull is bone dry. as well after siliconing the jet pump to the boat it has better acceleration as well as more speed in general. gained almost 5 mph out on the water today.
