So, I picked up a non running 1994 Sea-Doo XP. I rebuilt the carburetors and replaced the fuel lines and fuel selector valve. The only problem I am having is, I wasn’t thinking and didn’t take any pictures of what the carburetors looked like put back together. I was hoping someone with a similar model would be willing to post a picture or two of what they look like put together. I’m struggling getting the choke assembled again. Not so much the throttle, but a picture would be nice to assure I assembled correctly. Thank you!

Take a look at my Carb Rebuild Thread in the stocky section.

Also why did you take the choke apart?

Make sure you stake the butterfly screws so they don’t fall into the engine.

I looked Into your thread and some pictures I found on the internet. I got the choke and throttle back together and it’s running somewhat decent.

I had to take the choke apart because I needed a new cable. The other one was split. I don’t know how, but it was.

Ok choke cable. I thought you actually pulled the choke butterfly and shaft apart.
