I have a 1994 Seadoo, Bombaria, XP with fuel delivery problems.

This is what i have done so far.....
I have change "ALL" the old gray fuel lines with equivalent size auto. fuel lines. Clean all the connection , such as the on/res/ off switch ect.
Change the filter in the water seperator...
Installed new plugs and trim the wires back approx. a 1/4"...

Clean the carb. filters... they was completely clogged.... I soak them for 30 minutes trying to get them clean with carb. cleaner... I got them maybe 85- 95% clean.... (still had residue from the crappy lines that would not come off)

Still having the same problem..... while in the water, idles good ... comes out of the hole good... and then bogs/dies down back to idle while holding throttle wide open... release throttle and let idle for hmmm 30 seconds .. same results....

Just wondering if changing the carb. filters would make a difference... or should I consider rebuilding the carbs?

could be a rectifier issue. Unplug the red wire from it, and see, then what happens.

Thanks.... Let me say that by what i have done so far....... I have improve how it reacts..... just thinking it more in the carbs... than anyplace else.... but i not ruling nothing out at this point :ack:

cool....make sure the lsa (low speed adjuster) is 1-1/4, and hsa is at 0 to 3/8, depend'n on your ride...XP/XPI

never know...

there could be crap built up onto the needles, that the springs on them, have no tension, which could back out/tighten while riding...

did you run it w/ red wire disconnected?, you double-check the "settings"? Cant answer that, until you try other possibilities.

yeah, after re-read'n the thread...IF the filter/s aint absolutely clean, and being a 94, then defintely "rebuild" them, obviously, they're 15yr old parts,..bound to "give up", even if they look new....
