1993 Seadoo XP VTS problem

I just bought a 1993 xp ran great last weekend, dropped it in the water yesturday and the VTS up and down just makes a clicking sound when pushed. I opened the fuse box..none are blown. Anyone have a similar problem? how did you fix it?

Thats the sound of the module reed relays. The motor may have locked from the gear cog teeth broken bits or the exterior cable failure, allowing water in/corrosion. Bills86e
