okay the guys that have been helping me the starter isnt the problem.

I start it twice and THE BATTERY IS DONE

what could be draining it cause its a brand new freaking battery.

A starter that is almost dead will pull a bunch of power, but once it starts... it should be charging.

If it's a brand new battery... did you charge it first? I know they are "Dry Charged" but most of them need a little help to come to life. Also... did you buy a good name brand battery? (Die-Hard, Yuasa) More than once I've seen batteries from wal-mart, Interstate, Chief Auto, and Advance auto be bad right out of the box.
