1990 SP oil injection doesnt seem to be working but did before I stored it 2 years

What can I look for , to fix the problem Luckily I mixed the gas before I decided to test it I pulled the seat off while it was running and saw that there was No oil flowing through the hose leaving the oil tank I know the oil line and oil filter are clear because I removed the tank , line and filter and cleaned it , I also see other lines that go back to the oil tank and I did not clean or even touch them. Any help would be great Thank you

also there is oil in the line at the motor past the filter but im assuming it was from gravity but while its running it is not filling the fine or flowing
