170 to 230/300 1630 HO ACE

I know it might be expensive BUT imagine I had abit of money and loved my ski too much to swap it in.

Is it possible to make the jump from the NA 170 to the charged 230 or 300? Is there a different option out there for added power? TBH I think the 300 might be a tad OTT but would be happy to see 230 or even 200.

Does the NA and Charged 1630 run the same inners or are these lower comp etc?

The engines do share a lot of the same parts, but you'd still need to make quite a few changes. I imagine you could have it done for about $5000-7000 assuming you do the work yourself. Obviously thats a rough guess, so it can vary greatly. But the supercharger, intercooler and tune alone will cost you about $2500-$3000.

So it can be done which is the main thing HOWEVER I have changed to a Wake Pro 230 for the simple fact everything can be fitted to a 230 but trying to go the other way is incredibly difficult. If the money was not the problem, the information available to carry it out is not there which is the more worrying part.
