09 RTX-iS Faults

Is this machine just being a jerk or am I missing something? The manual and a number of forum responses say to cycle through Mode until 'fault codes' is displayed and then cycle to read them. Mine only cycles through 'display' 'vts' 'key programing' and something else then back to normal display.. Fault Codes never shows up as an option. Tried it with normal key, learning key, no key just wake up (which accomplished nothing) and tried it running which only dropped an option..

I know I have electrical issues, found water in pwr-in plug for iS and now iS responds to up/dwn, not correctly but it was totally dead. Now IBR popped on several times and a few of them with 'check engine' and limp. Would love to get the codes to get an idea of where the fault is.

Just in case anyone digs this up in a search. Seems the faults option is supposed to show on the dash only if the fault is current vs stored. If fault self corrected then it doesn't show. None of my faults stayed. Assumed it would show all faults not yet erased but seems if the check engine or ibr light has gone back out, you can't display faults with the mode button. STUPID setup for sure. SeaDoo really wants to be sure their dealers make a fortune.

I did pull the faults at a dealer, already have a replacement rear harness coming from ebay. The iS issue is certainly corroded connections from water intrusion, I can wiggle the fuses boxes and kill the whole dash and the ibr faults came in as 2101 and 2102 which can relate to either a stiff or stuck assembly or not enough voltage to the unit so I suspect corroded fuse and/or harness plugs there too.
