I've been out a couple times this year and have had a problem with my speedometer topping out at 70. I ran all last year, 76-77 was my readout, now when I get to 70 it just stays though I have more power I have held at 68 then 69 then 70 and when I increase speed again it will not rise, are there anythings I can do to look for issues? I've checked over the cable and it looks good from the outside and the spinners are free of debris.
