08 GTX Grinding Noise At Speed

I just got a 2008 Seadoo GTX from a local Seadoo dealer with 76 hours on it. Dealer put in a new wear ring and jet pump right before I got it.

The seadoo seems to run great but it makes a bit of a grinding noise when it gets up to speed. It seems to vary by RPM range as well. There's no power loss, no temp or engine warnings at any point, and the noise doesn't occur at idle. The noise can only be heard from the driver position (passengers can't hear it). It could also be described as if something was vibrating inside (although I couldn't find anything loose anywhere).

The dealer took it out for a test following a request by me and said it was nothing to worry about. Might just be the wear ring breaking in and should go away with time, or something to that degree.

Does this check out to you all? I'm not the most mechanically inclined when it comes to these things.

Thank you in advance.
