07 gti se gauge trouble

Hi everyone

New to the forum and pwc ownership. I have a 2007 gti se that received major hull damage during a recent storm. It only has 26 hrs on it so I bought a replacement hull and intend to swap everything over to the donor hull. I can get the gauges to go thru a "set-up" sequence but then they turn off and wont display anything. The original battery was too weak to turn the engine over so I jumped it with a battery charger, I dont know if this may have caused damage to something. I have since replaced the battery. I have no idea where to start so any help would be great!

The engine starts and runs fine, the info center just doesnt display anything after its start up sequence. I get 2 beeps when the DESS key is in place and if i disconnect a sensor I get a beep but no display. Is this a sign of a bad ecm or mpem? Does anyone know a way I can trouble shoot this or will I have to take it to a mechanic?
