newbie here,
I launched my boat...after warm up rippped around the lake for about 10 mins...one motor shut down and would not let me restart until I removed DESS...I then restarted both motors and started back to dock and the same motor cut out again, but this time when I tried restart by removing DESS there was no beeps at all and I could only start the one engine...any ideas... sorry its speedster 430hp

......not electrical.

I don't think it's electrical, if you are running both engines from one DESS, which you are.

Must be something related to the mechanical side. Not saying it isn't electrical.

What you need to do is, start the motor that your having problems with. Listen to it. Does it run smooth? Is it missing? .....we need to hear the engine. What does it sound like. It may be a carb adjustment. Could be a number of things. Really isn't a specific enough description to get a good answer with.........

Dig a little deeper.

thanks for the reply
I cant start the engine that cut out anymore...when plug in the DESS now there's no beeps no lights except only one tach resets....that tach is for the engine I can start...the other tach does nothing

what the ****

Took my boat in to dealer and go figuire they had no problems starting both engines...they took it out on the water to see if there were any problems after warm up... Is it possible some got wet? I'm going out this weekend on it, I guess I'll find out.

took my boat out this weekend...started up fine off the trailer, took a tour around the lake for about 5min. When i went back to the dock to pick up friends the same motor kicked out. no overheat light came on but 3 beeps came on. when I removed the dess and and try to restart both motors it doesn't beep at all. same as last time, could only start one engine, the same engine. could it be a bad heat sensor? why would i not get an alarm before it shuts down?

I'm experiencing a simliar problem - let me know what happens. BTW - what dealer are you going to and have you been sastisfied with them?

I deal with the seadoo dealer in Perth. Not sure if i should give name. I definately let you know if im satisfied after i get my boat back working. I've been told that they have to change a "module". Not sure what kind or how much
