06 Sea Doo fault codes PO 351, 352, 353 can all ignition coils be bad?

Need help please please. My jetski does not start up but it does turn over. It has new fuel, new battery, new spark plugs. Pulled out ignition coils to inspect, all looks fine. Checked all the fuses and they're all good. Still it displays fault codes 351, 352, and 353 which is dealing with the coils, but all three at the same time? Any help would be great.

How are you accessing the codes? Scanner?

Who put the spark plugs in? Did they remove the tip before trying to place boot on the plug?
