05 GTX solenoid ?

I have an 05 GTX LTD supercharged and even turned off and key in my pocket the “Kendrion” solenoid is getting power. It will come on for bout 5 seconds then go off for bout 5 seconds non stop. Just disconnected my battery. Any thoughts or ideas? Thx

It’s the solenoid shut off on my oil separator system.
