04 GTX 4tec Code P-1202

Was riding the ski yesterday and it threw this code, anyone know what it is?

It runs fine, doesnt skip a beat even with the check engine light on, remove the key and restart it and it doesnt come back on for another 15-20 minutes

Oil tank pressure switch implausible or blow-by valve still closed

I have seen where you just replaced an oil pressure sensor. I have also seen where the blow by valve was stuck and needed to be replaced. Check the oil pressure up front.

my 03 gtx had this same issue . I was told by others that doo's had a faulty switch. I replaced it for under $30 bucks .It is located near the oil fill. I have not had a repeat since.

either of you have time, snap a pic of what it looks like so i know what im supposed to be replacing? or a link to a schematic of where it is located?

Just get the part it is right under the oil fill , you will see it.

I do not have one at the shop or I would. It is close to the oil fill. When you look right above the battery you will see a wire and connector to a piece that is bent like 90 degrees. That is the part. Part # 420256885
