03 seadoo sportster 951 - won't start, one single click, tried to jump relay

Hello All,

battery is good, i get 2 beeps then hit the start button and a single click out of the solenoid box. I tried to jump the relay with a screw driver but i just get a good spark and the starter doesnt turn at all. Starter is actually quite new and dont assume thats the issue.

Is there a fuse or connection I am missing.
