is there an intercooler for the 03 gtx supercharged waverunner?

I am pretty sure all superchareged engines are intercooled!

Take a look inside...on mine it is on the port side right beside the engine....it looks like a stainless steel radiator....it should have another large stainless steel pipe coming out of the top of it! Hope that helps!

Waverunners, are Yamaha's....do you own a seadoo or a Yamaha? If it is a seadoo, than yes it has an intercooler unit.
