03 GTX 4-tec no electrical power

I have a 03 gtx 4-tec, yesterday I tried to start it and the gauges just flicked once then wouldn't turn back on. I cleaned up the posts and then tried again and then it ran all day (Probably just pure luck) and then it randomly died on me in the ocean and whenever I put in the lanyard it just flickers and wont start. Is there a short any where that can be fixed or a bad ground? Let me know, thanks

What happens also is that the shut off solenoid turns on after the gauges flicker if I keep the key in and turns off fast probably for half a second and the fuel pump does the same. Any ideas?

1. How old is the battery?
2. Have you put a voltmeter to it?
3. Has it been load tested?

Unless you just put a new battery in it....Thats where you start...Answer the three questions and we go from there.
