So cool I tried didn’t work, ski hard to start in water need to hold throttle WOT chugs along then takes off. Back to idle 1400 rpm you can watch it drop til around 800 then stalls. Is there a restriction I can see? Does muffler collapse inside? Run with seat off will I see water or smoke? Not sure how to at this. Thanks

At first blush....sounds like a fuel starvation problem......running, then idle, then a stall certainly sounds like the ski is running out of fuel. Fuel pump perhaps?????

Mufflers don't collapse inside....they are hard pipes....but exhaust leaks could choke out the engine as well....but hard to start is pointing to fuel in my thinking.....

Had injectors cleaned and tested. They were both good, mechanic said ride with seats off look for exhaust leak, not sure if these had a known issue with restriction and choking engine. Thanks for reply
