01 RFI red light 12v low

Sup all not a great way to start the season. Ran well for about an hour then it happened. Red blink light and 12v low on display. Battery maintained all winter, volt meter reads 12.5 engine off sitting in ski, start ski voltage jumps all over the place from 12.55 to as low as 1.2. Thinking voltage regulator if so who sells good one? Thanks forum

OEM, especially on an injected ski.

Went to local shop where I get my repairs done, mechanic/owner said like $150 for rectifier part only, and tells all his RFI customers that a new battery ski needs each season. Sounds ok to me cause of the electrical

You shouldn't need a battery every season unless you don't maintain them. I use a battery tender on mine and get about 4 years out of them.

OEM Rectifier is $137.24.

Used a tender in the off season as well . Seemed well charged. If I have to replace what’s the best recommendation for a new battery? OEM rectifier I cannot find lower than $180?? Thanks
