01 Challenger 717 Oil Line Issues

So i recently rebuilt my port side (left side) engine on my 2001 Seadoo Challenger twon 717s. I had primed the oil lines but I was only able to do it with bubbles in the lines. And after running the engine on the hose and holding the oil pump lever open (yes the lines are lined up on the lever) still only air in the line that goes to the 2nd piston closest to the rear, I then tried the bleed screw while doing the same thing as before and it just ran air through the same line, but if i check piston 1’s oil pump lines they are full of oil like normal. Also in the picture looking at the exhaust, when i was running water through the flush hose at first, it was flowing and can tell by this particular clear hose, but then it stopped flowing after a couple starts trying to get the oil pump to bleed the air in the little hoses, so here i am out of options asking for ideas!
