95 XP Tries to start but wont.

700 Kpa is only 101 psi. A new rebuild should be 150. Anything 120 and below and you have issues. You have low compression.

My other Seadoo is having strange issues

Yes your compression is getting low. You definitely need to replace or bypass the fuel selector if there is a noticeable difference between on and reserve. The water leak is probably coming from a Welch plug or hose. Run it on the hose and look for the leak.

    Help 95 GTX

Also make sure you replace the fuel selector. Follow the carb rebuild thread on here. Especially the part about spraying out the three small holes in the carb throat by spraying carb cleaner through the jets. Never use sea foam in a 2 stroke as it will break down your oil. It’s a solvent.

Did you try switching to reserve. Fuel selectors clogging or sucking air do this exact thing.

Anyone knows? PSI 1520 -Oil - Loud beeping !

It should be in the middle of the 2 bends on the dipstick.

    Need help, 2010 GTX 155

Your first issue is most likely a stripped driveshaft. I just went through the same thing.

    1995 gtx

150 is good. 120 or below time to rebuild. Also it’s best if they are within a few psi of each other.

    Sea-Doo SP wash out wierdness

Sorry, you don’t have a carbon ring. But your driveshaft and your driveshaft bearing will heat up. They only cool by being in the water.

Seadoo 1997 Gtx non start/cut out

You need to redo the entire fuel system. New oem fuel selector valve. Replace all gray fuel lines. Clean carbs thoroughly and install new oem rebuild kit including needles and seats. OSD sells everything you need. If you continue to try to run it without doing all this you will melt the top end...

    Bleeding gtx oil lines.

That works but I don’t recommend it. That’s hard on your starter.

    Sea-Doo SP wash out wierdness

The carbon ring on your driveshaft will heat up if you run it for more than 1-2 minutes.

    Bleeding gtx oil lines.

Sorry typo. Run it on the hose and pull the pump wide open. It will fill the lines pretty quick

    Sea-Doo SP wash out wierdness

That’s the out line . Your backflushing on the hose.

2011 Rxt 260 top speed and rpms

They probably do leak, but I start getting some as soon as I back in on the trailer without the back end going under. The bailers pick it up though.
  15. mwat65

    Bailers not working...

Welch plugs on exhaust, carbon ring on driveshaft. Vts boot is notorious for dry rotting and leaking. Also most Seadoos will take on water if u leave them in the water for 3 days.
