Xp Ltd Vts fuse problem

Firstly Hi to you all from Uk !
I have a 1998 Xp Ltd which is awesome, but now it has started to constantly blow the Vts fuse (7.5 amp) this happens every time I put the plug key on.... very occasionally the fuse doesn't blow for a few seconds and the Vts switch and motor work and correctly adjust the nozzle. Any ideas please ?

vts system is most likely going, their not very reliable..i have two jet skis and they both went. but double check the motor make sure its not drawing to much current then its supposed to.
