WTB 717/720 motor with good compression

looking for a 717/720 engine for a seadoo hx i have the carbs and manifolds needs to have rotary valve and be in time i have everything else let me know what u have or if u can rebuild for less than 650 i can buy a rebuilt one for that thanks
