I recently purchased a 2002 Seadoo GTX for $2000. ( 2 weeks ago )This is my first PWC, so I don't know too much about them. I saw an ad for this ski, Went and looked at it. It looked pretty clean, with only 45 hours on it. It had its usual wear on the rubber that goes around the ski. So i bought it. I took it out on Saturday (first time out) and we had a blast, pulled a tube, got it up to like 58mph, didnt seem to bad. It does have some sort of stress cracks toward the front right side, not to bad, but you can see some hairlines on the clearcoat, I looked at it from the inside, but didnt see them there. (again, im not an expert) My question is, I dont know how good or reliable these skis are, I can't find too much info on them, but I did post it back on criagslist for $2800, and have had many people interested, dont know if I should sell it, or if it was a good buy. I also dont know if I do sell it, what can I find out there for about $3000.... What should I do?

your sweat'n the little stuff...There just stress cracks or bumped into the docks or..etc, I'd be more worried as to how it performs? If great, why sell it, even new ski/boats have stress cracks.
