Hello everybody...I am new to the forum, and trying to research and learn about jet driven boats. I was wondering if someone could explain what is involved with winterizing a jet driven boat, and maybe a estimated price to do the work. I realize that prices may vary, depending on location and what needs to be done, but I am looking for an accross the board range to give me a possible high and low. BTW I currently live in Minnesota, and this would be our first boat. I have been boating and ride pwc with friends, and looking at making a jump to owning one as we have 3 kids, and a bunch of lakes here in Minnesota. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well....you'll service everything, you know change'n oil's, plugs stabil to gas and then fog the motor... which is nothing more than an aerosol can of fogging oil that you spray in all the engine orphuses, crank the motor a few times then your good... tell the old ladie to park her car in the drive for a few months... put ur girl in the garage....if you buy a boat, you'll probably end up doing all the work your self, and asking a billion questions on how to, here on this forum... as you'll find from looking round here, most guy's want it done right so they do it themselves, with help from the forum guy's!
