Winter Storage

I am putting my 1997 Seadoo Challenger away for the winter for the first time. I will follow the manual on how to do this but wanted to know if there is anything that I should know about that isn't in the manual? Are there any tips or tricks? The boat will be stored indoors but it will not be heated. I live in central Ontario, Canada so the temperatures can get cold. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
