I searched and saw that many people have replaced the gray fuel lines but no one said where they got the new lines from? I am having a problem with the throttle wide open so I think I am going to replace the fuel lines, I just don't know where to get them from.

I got mine at NAPA. Check the hose diameter printed on your grey lines, most likely they a 6mm & or 8mm. If you are having a problem, replacing the fuel lines probably won't fix it, if the lines have deteriorated, which they probably have, you will need to clean your filters at the least.

I have cleaned the forward fuel filter already and if I need to replace the gray fuel lines, I am going to take the carbs out and clean them as well as the fuel filter in the carbs. Thanks for the quick response!

Im in the process of buying new fuel lines but i wanted something unique, im buying helix transparent blue fuel lines from bike bandit.com, there more expensive but thats for the look and amount i have to buy. just a personal preference.

I think I am going to pull the carbs and replace the fuel lines with neon green lines off of eBay. Just something different. Thanks for all the help!:)

Some things I don't understand . . . and having an urge to buy more expensive blue fuel lines because you like the look is one of them.

check out your grey lines. They are "something" approved. Make sure these lines your get'n are the "same" approved. If not, and you get pulled over..etc...by by ski or FAT ticket.

While being involved with the sport since 1993 and I have just recently bought Seadoos. This forum has already paid off big for me as my SPI wouldnt run unless choked (no gas) and I searched here about the dreeded Grey fuel lines and I can tell you after changing them yesterday that their insides turn to glue and will clog up the tiny filter inside the carb. I cant wait to get this ski out this weekend and varify that my issues are fixed but I feel like its a must do and only takes a couple of hours. Thanks Guys

SBT does not have 5/16 ID line though, i need 1/4 and 5/16. And with helix you can get different length's then just 25' rolls. Once something goes on my baby i upgrade, especially the little details like fuel lines. its the little things that count. i just replaced the top end, went .050 over. Any advice on the break in oil SBT has? Should i use this or just stick with Seadoo's Xp oil that i have always used. I am using a fuel additive from KLOTZ that lubricates the top end with out making it run rich like it otherwise would putting oil in the tank. I'm not sure if the oil pump is working or not.
