Where do these parts go?

2000 GTX

I have an extra M10 x 20mm bolt and rubber plug I can’t figure out where they go.
The bolt is too short for the muffler supports and I have both of those in.

Top part is a bumper that goes on the end of the drive shaft.

The lower bolt could go in a couple different areas. What model of machine do you have?

The first thing that comes to mind is an RV cover bolt, except it doesn't have paint on it. The next idea would be an engine mount bolt.

It’s a stainless bolt, no paint, all the motor mount bolts are in, from the diagrams all the motor mount bolts are 8mm.
I can’t find that bolt on any of the diagrams.

Could it be the battery to engine ground cable bolt? Just a guess based on the parts listing, that's one of the only M10 bolts it shows, and basically the only M10 x 20 one although I know the parts listings aren't always super accurate in their descriptions.

Stat is correct, it is your battery ground, so make sure your battery ground is not connected to the rear bracket of the starter, which also secures the air box on a hinge pin that faces the rear of the hull. That 17mm is the dedicated ground.
