What was I thinking? 08 RXP

Just recieved a 2008 RXP from a friend with a pay me later offer.
Engine was rebuilt one season ago. Now it has low compression in one cylinder.
He said gimmie $1000 bucks (CDN) when you can. When brand new, it was taken
to a performance shop and "maxed out" before it touched water. I think the
supercharger, intercooler and probably some carb upgrades were done.
I rode it a couple of years ago... frightfully fast.
Any suggestions as to what it may be worth?

FYI, it's fuel injected so no carb work.

I was in a pretty bad car accident the day it arrived and am still in hospital so i haven't seen it yet. Pardon me. Meds have me a little absent minded.
