Bills86e Premium Member Premium Member Apr 1, 2010 #2 Its supposed to rotate. Engine end may mean broken motor mounts, drive end at hull may mean thru hull problem. Can you be specific after you have removed pto cover & inspected the drive? We want to help you have a great summer of fun.
