What exhaust manifold can i use ?

I have a 1999 GTI with a 717 motor. i stripped out one of the holes, and i need a new exhaust manifold.

Can i use an exhaust manifold from a 587 motor ? The manifolds look the same on ebay.

The interior size is different, hole alignmant. Can you drill & tap to next size?
