this is even happening at start up, i pulled the plug and can hit the start button and there is a large amount of fuel being pushed out, its only that one carb, the front carb is perfect .....help!! ive been working on these thing for a week...lol

sounds like the needle valve is stuck open. Did you do any carb rebuilds lately?

i just got it about 10 days ago, i bought knowing it had a issue, the guy i got it from said the carbs were just cleaned, i pulled them off and they looked very clean but the high adjustments were way off, so i set them at the factory settings and reinstalled with new plugs, it ran awesome for 30-45 mins and then it started missing through the no wake, i pull the plugs and the fronts clean and brownish and the rear is soaking wet with fuel, what should i try next?

What do you mean adjusted it to "0". Your factory carb settings is:

LSA=1 3/4
HSA=0

I would be skeptical of those carbs. I would pull them apart, clean them out, put them back together and do a pop off test. At least the one you're skeptical of the issue. A pop off test ensures the the needle valve is opening at the correct amount of presure.

I was adjusting the low setting on the rear carb to 0 just to see if it changed anything which it didnt, and when i pulled the carbs i set the lows to 1 1/2 and highs to 0, i just ordered carb kits and needle valve kits for both carbs, they gonna be here wednesday, im pulling the back off tonight and ill be cleaning them tomorrow, anything else i should do while i'm there?

by the way, the way to adjust pop off is checked by using the inlet fuel port and should hold 19-23psi before dropping?? is this right????

Are you ordering an OEM Mikuni kit or one from SBT?

Our past expirences have shown that the weight of the springs in some of the kits cause hell in getting the pop off just right. I reuse my springs on the needle and reuse my diaphrams as long as they're not torn! Your pop off pressures should be correct at 19-23 as long as everything is stock inside, ie springs, needle and seat!

Its a sbt kit, thats what everyone had in stock??? the needle valves are oem.

should i use everything in the kit except the springs? and just reuse the oem ones?
