Water in motor from drain plugs left open

My main question is what about the oil in the crank case?? Does it have to be drained or can it even be or is it ok or is there water mixed in the oil like a car? I assume i can’t check it like a car dipstick...Ok so i have a 2000 Rxdi and i un loaded my seadoo off the trailer and when to get on it when i realized that I was taking on way too much water after I got on it before I even tried to start it so I jumped off of it Realizing I forgot to put the drain plugs back in and pushed it back to the loading dock .I put it back on the trailer and I waited for it all the water to drain out which it was almost completely full to the top of the motor...so i took it back home and started watching YouTube videos and I removed the spark pugs and started turning over to blow all the water out ,then removed the air cover assuming that's were it got in from....and it now starts up and runs on land...but my question is what about the oil inside like under the cylinders in the crank? Im very new to pwc a i have only got to ride it 2 an 1/2 times before this happend ,so im not exactly sure if theres any thing else im supposed to do or if its lake ready again...any info very much Appreciated

After an engine is submerged you need to clear the cylinders (like you did). Then run the snot out of it for an hour. The heat evaporates the water you're concerned about.

Get on that Doo ASAP. You're not supposed to wait more than an hour after a submersion before taking care of it. Water in the crank case will rust the main bearings and at that point it's a time bomb.

Run it hard then fog the engine when you get done and it should be fine.

Make sure there is no water in your fuel or oil tanks.

On your ski the only oil is from the oil injection as it is a 2-stroke and does not have an oil sump like a car so you don't check it or change it.

There is a counterbalancer for the engine that holds 40 ml of straight 30 weight heavy duty engine oil that I do recommend you change. It is a little hard to get to because it is under the pipe but there are some good tutorials here on how to do it. Here you go 951 Balancer oil link.
