water in back of seadoo

Ok i own a 1998 gsx limited i have it in water right now, when i woke this morning the back end was starting to sink,it was taking on water.It has a bilge pump but i am wondering where is the first place i should start looking for water coming in,when i am riding it bilge keeps water or but when sitting takes on quite a bit.

Any help would be appreciated

remove the grey shield from back of motor, and inspect the accordian boot and carbon ring.

thanks for the quick reply,just wondering if it is the boot and or carbon ring,whats the change out like is it really advanced and also how much roughly would that cost

Also check your drain plugs and make suer the orings are in good shape
