So I have re-done the entire fuel system to fix the surging problem with help from every one here. Found the pto carb basket completely clogged. So I started it today on the hose to see if there were any fuel leaks and noticed after I shut it off there was water coming from the engine and also a small drip from the tuned pipe. I don't know how long it has been leaking from the engine because where it is leaking from can not be seen with the air box on. It seems to run ok and not overheat. I pulled the plugs and cranked over the engine but no water came out but I sprayed some of the bombardier lube in there anyway. I will post a picture to show exactly where it is coming from. Until then I can tell you it looks like it coming from the seal at the bottom of the cylinder and the lower half(I believe that is the squash gasket) So I guess the question is first is there even supposed to be water there and will I hurt the engine if I run it leaking. Thanks again
