Warning Light / Melted Fuse

Hey guys. Just bought a 2003 GTX 4-Tec SC. Finally got to take it out on the lake and noticed that the warning light kept blinking at different intervals and for different amounts. Does this correlate to the fault codes that you can pull up or is it something different? No beeps while running though.

I also noticed that when I got back to the ramp the starter didn't want to turn the engine over. Got it home and found out that one of the 30 amp fuses (lower one) found in the two plugs next to fuse panel was almost melted. What would cause that and would it also cause my warning light to blink?
The ski seemed to start up just fine after I installed a new fuse and it had sat for a few hours but the battery is on a charger right now. (New battery installed)

The ski ran great and had great power the whole hour I rode just these few hopefully minor problems.

Sorry for being long winded on my first post.
