I was given a seadoo sportster with a piston blown through the engine and I'm having trouble finding the parts that I need to fix it. I plan on starting to tear the motor apart tomorrow. I don't know everything that I'm going to need but If anyone knows of a cheap short block in the wisconsin area I do know that I'm going to need that at the least. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I assume you know what you are doing since you are tearing into it already. If not then there are several places that will rebuild them for you, some offer a 1-2 yr no-fault warranty also.

For parts try sending a PM to minnetonka4me in Minnesota. He has many motor parts but not too many specific boat parts, such as trim, seat, etc.
