Wakeboard Pole
Haven't heard of anything, and it's not likely to exist for safety issues. In theory, for legal reasons, you need to be at least a driver and a spotter checking the out the rider: 3 people total on the PWC. I guess that for that reason, any serious company will not offer a wakeboard pole for a 2-seater.
Maybe you can find some jobber parts out there and fit something onto your RXP, but I'm sure you won't want to install some junk on such a nice machine
