Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and my Wake 155.

My question is about maintenance. I have a 2013 Wake 155 and just hit 30 hours. I had the 10 hour service performed and was wondering about future service. I thought I read in the manual to change the oil every 25 hours or so but my dealer said the next service should be at 100 hours or annually whichever comes first.

I'm mainly in salt water and I ride the ski fairly hard. I clean the ski after each use including wash and rinse, fogging the engine and spraying all engine and metal parts with a lubricant. Other than oil changes what else should I be doing and what frequency on the oil change is suggested?

Thanks in advance.

I don't ski in the same conditions, but I will tell you what I have done with my 2011 155 GTX. I also did the 10 hour service. From then on, it's change oil once a year, but I use the ski only during the summer. That does equate to about 25 hours and I have had no issues. I store it in winter so it may not be directly comparable. I think time and use are somewhat related, but I would be inclined to change twice a year if I use it year round, checking to make sure it is topped up once in a while. How many hours do you think you would use it in a year?

Thanks for the help. Based on the amount of time I've had the ski, about 3 months and 30 hours I'm guessing I'll put 75 to 100 hours per season on it. I'm thinking an oil change again at 50 hours.
