Hi All,
This season my VTS module in my 97 GSX appears to have bit it. I found one on a local buy/sell platform from a 98SPX and picked it up today.
I had assumed they were all the same but this one has 4 connectors, where my other one has 2.
They have the same number of wires total (8) and the same colors. Is it safe to assume that i can solder in the old connector to the replacement units wiring simply matching the colors? I can't see anything in the service manual that defines the purpose of each color wire but from a brief internet search it appears they're the same.
Can anyone confirm?
